Flowers Galore!

Another late, late post. I could do with about 4 more hours a day and I'd be sorted!

I'm going to share the lovely flowers from Manor House Creations.

I have used the absolutely gorgeous Sweet Nothings collection from Kaisercraft (Merly Impressions).

I love the cherub imagery so I got this little cherub to 'sit' on some of the beautiful flowers.

I'm not normally a fan of purple, but these little anemones are gorgeous.

I used some of the die-cuts from the collectables.

Thanks for popping in.  Hopefully I'll get another post sorted asap

MIA

Yes, I'm still alive.

Sorry about my absence - I have been a very busy girl.  Firstly, I have a new job.  Yippee!!  But after a few at home with the kids, it's a bit of an adjustment (like having to go to bed early) hence less scrapping time.

I have been busy also with DT stuff which can be revealed over the next few weeks, but for now, I'll share a layout I did for Merly Impressions.
For my second layout using Technologic I documented my DS last day at junior school.

I love the cogs and other icons in the die-cut pack (which is crammed full of die-cuts).

You can check out the full post here.

Thanks for popping in.  I promise to come back soon with some more scrappy stuff :)

I'm a Hybrid Chick!

Photobucket

I was a busy girl in February as I also joined the uber-talented girls over at Hybrid Chick.  We take beautiful digital designs from the DigiChick Boutique and turn them into fabulous papercrafting goodies.

For my project this month, I created a cute pocket book (I do try to challenge myself by varying my book designs).  My book features small envelope-style pockets ready for tags and memorabilia.  The book is bound together like a matchbook.

You can see all the details including templates over on the Hybrid Chick blog.

Thanks for popping in.

News to Share

Ooh, I've had a lovely surprise last month.  I discovered Kaisercraft goodies over at Merly Impressions.  My goodies arrived in super-fast time which I've used for Manorhouse Creations (you'll see them this month).  But blow-me.  Chrissy asked me to join her fab design team.

So without further ado. I'll share my first project with you:

I don't think that there are enough boy papers out there so I was really thrilled to get this Technologic set in the post.  I love the punchy colour combo and the fabulous patterns.

My DS is so gadget orientated now that he goes to senior school.  He loves the XBox most of all though (ughh).

There are fantastic stickers and check out these collectables.  There are LOADS of cute die-cuts in the pack.

Well thanks for popping in.  I'll be back later in the month with another Technologic layout and I'll also get busy making some tags or cards with my leftovers.  Oh joy!
